So what does our pay as you go support cover? Well it covers everything we do in any of the other packages but on a more informal agreement. You can use the pay as you go support to report a technical problem you may have, regardless of whether it is a server issue or a workstation fault – we will fix it. Depending on the problem we can fix it either remotely or by paying a visit – most of the time we can carry out the work instantly from our office in Bristol, thus saving time and expenses for both parties.
