How much does IT support cost?

We believe pricing is something that should be discussed after your requirements have been fully understood. As a company though, we believe in being fair and efficient to our clients, these ethics would be demonstrated in the proposed contract.

Can you supply hardware/software and manage that?

Yes, such requests like that tend to apart of most I.T contracts we offer. We work closely with some partners of ours who are in the business of reselling hardware and software, thus we are able to get some really good deals.

Which plan is right for me?

With any service product you buy, it is important you know what you are getting! Hopefully this is demonstrated in our service pack / on the website, however, if you want help picking a package we can provide advice.

Do I have to commit to a contract?

No you don’t. You can always opt for the pay as you go package, where you will only be charged on how much you use our service.

What if I pick the wrong plan?

If you pick the wrong plan or package, just let us know and we will get that changed for you. It is difficult to know what you will need until a package is implemented, likewise your business might experience staggering growth and therefore might need a new package.

Do you offer plans that cover my business working hours?

Currently our clients are based purely in the UK and tend to only work the standard 9-5. However we are open to working with companies who need support on a 24/7 basis and already have the foundations to transition into this type of support.

Can I cancel at anytime?

We currently have a 100% client retention, however, if you would like to cancel your contract with us we would respect that decision, but would obviously want reasons as to why.

Can you work with my third-party supplier?

Yes that shouldn’t be an issue – in most cases we are able to support all software / hardware.

Do you other any services not related to IT support?

Yes, if you navigate to managed services you will find all of the other services we offer. Many clients who have an I.T support package with us, also have used our other services such as telecommunications, disaster management, bespoke software and so on.
